Art with Nature

Participants were greeted with hearty morning snacks and a mouthwatering lunch featuring wild food with locally foraged ingredients found and prepared by local naturalist and wild foods chef Fred Dardenne and his son, Félicien.

During the afternoon, we were treated to seafood appetizers – freshly caught steamed mussels and grilled mackerel and cod prepared by David Adler.
